....2 The Journey........... Me 6 Months On................

.........so.............. after six months of gym and portion control, along with a healthy dose of fat cutting and sugar cutting............... there is now change.

Current me on the left in the photos - 6 months ago on the right.

I have lost 11 kgs (23 pounds ) and a further two inches off my waist.

I am over the moon at this progress.

Yes - I have a way to go......... but this is a huge milestone for me.

So............ I am happy......... and I hope you all enjoy my somewhat LESS chubby butt being back on the blog LOL.

Shalom all

Damien

PS To all of you on a similar journey as me - and I know there are some of you doing it - keep at it - it is SLOW work but it really DOES reap the rewards :)

Bravo!

I notice that your facial hair is trying to compensate to keep you warm since you're losing body fat.

You are doing well...
It feels good to lose that much and great that you are taking it off slow..(I lost over 30kg over 2 yrs and most of it stayed off)
Keep fighting the good fight!
Oh hai MJ...

Wow, your abdomen look great from here. Even your face looks more structured.
Good work!
I was working out, got to a stalemate... then went through months of personal problems and set backs.
But I hope to get on the same page as you... very soon.
Congrats!

Good job and made all the harder by your anti depression meds. I'm sure if you didn't have depression, all you efforts would have doubled your weight loss. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Sean.

Yes the AD's do make it harder. But I am so very pleased to see how I am doing.

It PAYS to have a gym buddy. Keeps the motivation up.
