Its working - slowly but surely :)



Overhead Dumb Bell Extension - 10kg's ( 22 lbs)

Assisted Pull Up



Alternating Dumb Bell Bicep Curls - 9 kgs ( 20 lbs )



Dumb Bell Front Side Raise 7 kgs ( 18 lbs )



Hammer Strength Shoulder 25 kgs ( 55 lbs )

PS - I wish I could stop making the puffy breath in face - I swear I'm gonna faint one of these days :)
