My two favourite wines at the mo are 80 Acres Shiraz Viognier and Wolf Blass Merlot.
I love both of these wines. The 80 Acres is full, plum rich with a smoky, peppery finish that is smoother than silk. I like this wine with Bangers and Mash with a traditional brown onion gravy. Trust me - it rocks.
The Wolf Blass Yellow Label Merlot is a full bodied Merlot with an oakey style, plum and chocolate aromas and a wonderful silky finish. This I like to have with something full of flavour like a rich stew or lamb barbecue.
