I know it sounds racist and I don't care.
The south east asian countries along with China and Japan are the NUMBER ONE killers of marine species to the tune of 200 Million animals a year - that's right folks TWO HUNDRED MILLION.
And they don't care.
So the most recent thing is a rare megamouth shark.
Now members of this species are SO rare - they warrant an international classification system of their own - simple numbers really.
This was number 41 - the 41st of this species EVER caught/found. And they ate it.
The guys who caught this were even ENCOURAGED not to eat it by marine authorities - and yet the bastards did.
Yet one more not around to breed and assist in the sustaining of the species.
These people need to be beaten with a baseball bat and often.
And they wonder why the other species are vanishing as well - morons.

Doesn't just sound racist. Interestinly, though, you don't really think it is.
Jason - the south east asian cultures are extinguishing species at 10 times the rate of anywhere else in the world.
Thats the fact as reported by the National Geographic Society.
Its not racism - its factual reporting.
A scientist URGED them not to eat it - and what did they do... they ate.
What would your solution be?
These ppl should be beaten to see how it feels.
