Sweet merciful christ on a Malvern Star... I haven't heard Des'ree for so long. It's enough to turn me into a sobbing mess at my desk - thanks for that!
I used to know a pianist and singer who used to break into a local church so they could play this song. As you could imagine, in the still of night, with a few candles lit for good effect, the result was utterly breathtaking.

Mutt - The first time I heard this song I did turn into a blubbering mess.
It was the week after my first love and best friend died of AIDS related cancer. Since then, it always brings a bitter sweet smile to my face.
