Great words, but I often find them hard to live by. When you're kind of teetering on the edge of inferiority anyway, it doesn't take much to tip you over.
I've heard this quote many times and love it. I completely agree. Mrs. Roosevelt was no fool. Of course, I've just posted a photo of some eye candy and I'm feeling inferior, but a little self-loathing is healthy for me... it encourages me to get to the gym.
