And if you are in a locked booth with porn - how is that public?

As a lifelong citizen of the United States I shake my head sometimes at the idiocy and prudishness still evident in many parts of the country.
This incident rises to the top of the lunacy charts. A private video booth, really? I mean I assume it has a door? If so that would mean the police were OPENING the doors. This one reeks of puritan baloney.
