I consider this a weighty honour - much like my arse :) - and will strive to fulfil all my official duties of Mr Nude Infomaniac - namely getting me to a point of being able to post even more of my bits (maybe) :)
I also promise to use my new-found powers for good only - unless you cross me - then it's show time :)
So here is the winning shot of my winning arse :)
And for those of you tempted to criticise...... just remember, I got my measurements last night and I have in one year changed my body fat BMI from 32.65% to 20.44%.
In real terms - I've lost a total of 15kgs ( 33lbs ) of fat - and gained 10kgs ( 22lbs ) of muscle.
Let's give up for the fat man from Down Under :)

Awww, that's terribly sweet, but ever so disappointing. I have a hunch though, but correct me if I'm wrong... you've already posted the other side on your blog haven't you? I'm so sure I've seen it. Could probably lay my hands right on it (so to speak) so, am I right, huh???
