David Hasselhoff has been admitted to hospital with alcohol poisoning for the 7th time.
SEVENTH TIME!!!
This is so incredibly sad.
I am not a fan of the Hoff - never was - but it seems that this guy has a serious problem with his addiction and he is losing to it.
Sad sad sad - here's hoping he wins his battle.
Addiction is something that too many people lose out to.
Get better soon Hoff.

Not an attack but a genuine question - you seem to have sympathy for this man's addiction to alcohol, yet no sympathy for someone addicted to cigarettes. Just wondering why?
My sympathy is regarding the manner in which one person manages or attempts to manage their addiction as opposed to another.
Christina Applegate went on EVERY talk show - and did every mag interview (all paid) - eliciting the whole boo hoo poor me syndrome - THEN basically gave the middle finger to those who supported her by smoking.
You do NOT have a double mastectomy and then suck on a cigarette - shows NO character whatsoever.
I'm sorry - but it doesn't. ESPECIALLY with the whole poor-me campaign - and that is exactly what it was.
i appreciate your comment - genuinely - it actually made me think - but Christina is a victim of her own shallow personality - the Hoff is genuinely mentally ill - there *IS* a difference.
