........RIP ............ Betty Ford..........
........ A gracious lady who faced her demons then helped others ........... .
I am of a such an age that I remember President Ford. But I never connected his wife with the Betty Ford Clinic. I could probably recite a list of celebs who have used the facility though. All the same, I have mixed feelings. The BFC is all very well for those who can afford it, but it does nothing (I should check that) for the thousands who also need help and can't afford the likes of BFC.
