(Q) There are those people for whom a regular schedule is almost impossible and say "I simply do not have a lot of time. What is the best exercise that I can do to get maximum benefit, given my busy schedule?"
Is there a way for these people to get benefit from exercise even on a limited time frame?

A. Depending on what your goals are will depend on what types of exercise you do. For fat loss with 30mins a day to train I would recommend x-trainer at a higher intensity because even though you burn more % of fat at a lower intensity (50-60% HRmax) over the space of 30mins you would burn more fat on a whole at a higher intensity (70-80%HRmax)
So to sum it up if you only have 30mins a day to train a mixture of cardiovascular exercise and a tailored resistance training program alternating the two would be in my opinion most effective.
Calculation for HR% males- 220-age = HRmax, HRmax - resting heart rate (RHR) x 0.7 (for 70%) + RHR = 70% HRmax
Example 36yr old male(RHR-60) 220-36 = 184 184 - 60 = 124 124 x 0.7 = 86.8 + 60 = 146.8 BPM

What language is THAT blog written in? I thought you people "down under" (damn I love that expression) spoke English (albiet with a heavy accent). I thought it was a math test. I tell you bro, I would rather gain 5 pounds than adhere to that fitness tip. Eating is so damn simple. Exercise is so fuken hard.
Big hug for you DamienZ - KyleD
Kyle - it IS a bit of a math test but I found it so helpful in knowing what heart rate to achieve so that i was actually burning fat rather than just going through the motions.
